Product and Service Designer (IC)

Turning complex, scattered data into unified, high‑impact intelligence.

Product and Service Designer (IC) with nearly a decade of experience, specializing in transforming complex, scattered data into unified, high-impact intelligence platforms and 8+ years in product design. I apply a systems-thinking approach to streamline complex processes across healthcare and enterprise technology.

By collaborating with diverse stakeholders and applying a rigorous approach to user research, Information Architecture, Generative AI integration, and design, I uncover innovative features and service solutions.

My Process

Every project process is unique, but I ensure the foundation is grounded in collaboration, creativity, inclusive design and alignment with user and business outcomes.

1

Strategic Alignment & Scoping

At the outset, I align business objectives with user needs to establish clear project goals and success metrics. This phase requires intensive stakeholder collaboration to clarify the strategic direction and ensure a shared vision across the team.

2

Research & Insights Generation

I develop a data-driven research plan that leverages a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., stakeholder workshops, user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis). I then synthesize these insights to identify opportunities, inform design strategy, and drive early decision-making.

3

Design, Iteration & Refinement

Leveraging research insights, I explore design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and iterative reviews. My focus is on balancing user needs with technical and business constraints, ensuring all designs are intuitive, scalable, and inherently aligned with accessibility standards.

4

Validate & Support

I conduct rigorous usability testing (using platforms such as UserTesting.com) and leverage internal accessibility frameworks to validate design decisions. I collaborate closely with development teams to provide design specifications, resolve ambiguities, and ensure design integrity through UX sign-off.

When I'm not designing, I am exploring, chasing new hobbies, lecturing and mentoring.
